The article reveals the concept of innovative potential of personnel and the need to use it in work. It also presents a system of indicators for evaluating the innovative potential of staff, the implementation of which will not only identify factors that affect the quality of use of innovative motivation of staff, but also help to form an optimal model for implementation in a specific organization.
