Evaluation of the investment attractiveness of the oil-processing regions of Russia

The relevance of the analysis of assessing the investment attractiveness of the oil refining regions is that mining is a strategically important industry in the country's economy. A significant part of the revenues to the federal budget comes from the sale of oil and gas. Based on the study, the main oil refining regions of Russia were identified, and the methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of the region, compiled by the National Rating Agency, was considered.
