Evaluation of investment attractiveness of the project for the installation of renewable energy sources at home

The article deals with the prospects of RES development in Russia to reduce the environmental burden in cities and towns with complex environmental conditions, types of Autonomous power supply based on RES. The article presents an example of an investment project involving the active use of RES in the Tomsk region for residential premises. The author gives reasonable recommendations on the necessary equipment for the power supply system of the house, taking into account its market value. In conclusion, an assessment of the capital and current costs of the project, as well as an assessment of the net profit from its implementation.
