Comparative assessment of initial material for selection of soy in the conditions of the southern forest-steppe of Western Siberia

In the conditions of the southern forest-steppe of Western Siberia studying 10 original somaklonalnykh of lines of soy of 2 generations created in laboratory of genetics and biotechnology of FGBNU of "SibNIIK" by method of genetic engineering on the basis of initial grades of SibNIISKHoz 6 and Dina is carried out. Researches were conducted in 2013-2014 years on fields of laboratory of selection of leguminous cultures of FGBNU of "Siberian SRIA". The soil of a skilled site - meadow and chernozem srednemoshchny srednegumusovy tyazhelosuglinisty. The conducted researches allowed to reveal essential influence of hydrothermal conditions on growth, development, formation of efficiency and quality of grain of soy. The studied somaklonalny lines authentically differed from initial grades in the smaller length of the vegetative period (R 127-1, R 129-1), the tendency of increase in field viability of seeds, and for lines of a grade of Dean - and safety of plants to cleaning was noted. Reliable excess of somaklon on height of an attachment of the lower beans was noted. The R 1212-3 line significantly surpassed an initial grade of Dean in basic elements of structure of a crop. Somaklona grades of SibNIISKHoz 6 (R 128-3, R 129-1, R 129-2, R 1210-1, R 1211-1) were characterized by the raised content of fat in seeds. It is necessary to allocate the perspective R 1212-1 line which is surpassing an initial grade of Dean in efficiency and basic elements of its structure, having length of the vegetative period, almost equal with it, and grain protein content. Somaklona grades of SibNIISKHoz 6 (R 128-3, R 129-1, R 129-2, R 1210-1, R 1211-1) should be used in selection programs, as sources of the raised content of fat.
