This article is devoted to the analysis of sources of pollution of the atmosphere of the dairy plant in order to clarify the receipt of harmful substances in the environment. Possible sources of harmful substances formation are revealed. The list of substances entering the atmosphere is given. The hazard class of the enterprise is defined.
