Evaluation of efficiency of budget expenditures on the implementation of youth policy in the regions of the Volga federal district

The Article is devoted to the evaluation of the efficiency of regional budgets expenditures on youth policy through. The article develops an approach based on the comparison between the regions of the Volga Federal district in terms of social efficiency of measures implemented within the youth policy of the region, and the effectiveness of budget expenditures allocated for these purposes. A formalized approach to the ranking of regions in the context of Federal districts is proposed by calculating the coefficient of efficiency of spending on youth policy.
