Assessment of efficiency of activity of the state and municipal authorities in development of mass sport (as factor of favorable social climate of the area)

The main criteria for evaluation of the area from the point of view of opportunities of development of mass sport are considered and shown in this article. Relationships of cause and effect between development of mass sport and favorable social climate are defined. In particular, material, educational, organizational and administrative factors of development of mass sport are investigated. On the basis of the carried-out analysis, authors come to a conclusion about need of an izmeniye of the relation of citizens to sport, formation of requirement of occupations by physical culture. The main priority should be given to children’s and youth physical training.
