Estimation of management efficiency innovative activity of university as innovative higher school

The paper is devoted to an estimation problems of efficiency of modern university activity. Much attention is given to modern conditions, in connection with change of a role of knowledge in economy, necessity of formation of innovative activity of the higher school, expansion of availability of higher education, requirements to maintenance of its quality inevitably increase. It is emphasized, that quality of formation depends on ability of graduates to think innovatively, create, master and distribute new technologies and to introduce them both at a level of production of the goods and service, and at a level of branch.
