Evaluation of the effectiveness of the formation and execution of the municipal budget (on the example of Tolstoy-Yurtovsky rural settlement)

This article is devoted to the study of the main problems of local budget formation in modern economic conditions. Here the influence of existing problems on the revenue part of the budgets of municipal districts is indicated. For a more detailed study of the problem, the analysis of the revenue part of the budgets of municipal districts of the Chechen Republic for 2017-2019 was carried out. The problems hindering the effective formation of municipal revenues are identified and measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the formation and execution of the revenue and expenditure part of municipal budgets are formulated.
