The efficiency of surgical treatment of patients with mechanical jaundice caused by various pathologies wasanalyzed. While comparing the efficiency of biliodigestive anastomosis methods in the nearest and remote postoperative periods operation of choice can be antirefluxant cysticoduedenoanastomosis, possible under the conditions of its implementation, and in absence of general hepatic and general bilious channels in conditions of peritonitis we offer our drainage construction.
