The article is devoted to a comparative assessment of the effectiveness of the method of intracorporeal and extracorporeal indirect electrochemical blood oxidation with a 0.06% sodium hypochlorite solution in relation to a decrease in the lithogenic properties of urine in urological patients with urolithiasis. Extracorporeal treatment of blood with a 0.06% solution of GN has been found to be more effective in terms of the effect on calcium and purine metabolism in comparison with intracorporeal NEHO of blood. The decrease in the lithogenic properties of urine in the present study was carried out within the framework of the concept of systemic prophylaxis and metaphylaxis of urolithiasis.
