Evaluating the efficiency of investment activity taking into account the scheme of financing

The proposed method corresponds to major theoretical principles of contemporary investment analysis and is an advance in its methodology development. The advantage of a new approach is provided by more precise modeling of mechanism of substantiation and making an investment decision. The approbation on a real investment project has proved the efficiency of the proposed method as algorithm for evaluating profitability of investment activity and selecting optimum variant of its financing.
