Assessing the efficiency of using human resources

This article examined the relationship of human resources and the production process based on the analysis of labor and economic indicators. Effective use of resources means achieving great results to achieve the goals of the organization at low cost of resources, such as: labor, time, money. The development of the labor potential of the employees of the enterprise, in general, and of each employee is a consequence of the management decisions taken to obtain additional results from the production process.
