Evaluation of the efficiency of the use of closed aspiration systems for the purpose of prevention of infectious complications of the lower airways in the process of artificial respiratory support in abdominal sepsis

The aim of this work is to identify risk factors for the development of ventilator-associated pneumonia in abdominal sepsis during intensive care in the intensive care unit. A feature of this work is respiratory support and treatment of pneumonia in the systemic inflammatory response of the body to severe abdominal pathology.
