Assessment of personnel security efficiency at the state level

The article considers the assessment of the effectiveness of personnel security at the state level. The personnel reserve is one of the basic technologies for improving the efficiency of human resources management and, like any other technology, it is based on a set of specific implementation methods and a system of indicators describing the effectiveness of such technology, and it should be evaluated in terms of efficiency. However, most of the methods for assessing effectiveness are limited to simple calculation of indicators of movement of reserve personnel.
