Evaluation of communication efficiency as a tool to increase the company's sales level

The effectiveness of communication by service sales specialists, which is determined by the level of sales in a company where communication with a client plays a key role, is considered. It was noted that it is important for a sales specialist to have the ability to conduct verbal and non-verbal communication, to understand the essence and result of the communication process, to have a high level of written and oral speech, and to be able to use electronic means of communication. It is emphasized that the manager should assess the communicative competence of sales specialists on time and be able to increase the level of communicative development of specialists. It is concluded that communicative competence is a complex problem of transferring information from a specialist in sales of services to a client.
