Evaluation of the effectiveness of the organization of work of municipal employees (on the example of the Orenburg city administration)

The article is devoted to evaluating the effectiveness of the organization of work of municipal employees on the example of the Orenburg city administration. In the course of the theoretical review, the main approaches to this study are highlighted. The article also uses data from an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for the provision of services by municipal organizations.
