Evaluation of the effectiveness of supporting small business in the Moscow region and in the urban district of Dzerzhinsky

The article presents the results of a study of the small business in the Russian Federation and its support on the example of the Moscow region and the Dzerzhinsky urban district. Small business is in both quantitative and qualitative approaches is the most dynamically developing sector of the economy. The research revealed that small business development in Russia continues to grow, but the growth rate is remaining low. Various aspects and programs were studied, namely, financial, property, information and advisory support and tax benefits. Provided the calculation of the effectiveness of the annual program of the city of Dzerzhinsky to support small businesses.
