This work is devoted to the search for ways to increase the effectiveness of fitness classes through the organization of nutraceutical support. The purpose of this work was to evaluate the effectiveness of taking certain dietary supplements during stretching classes in terms of the biochemical profile of blood. The study involved 45 girls aged 18-21 years. For 3 months, the girls practiced stretching 3 times a week and received nutraceutical support. Depending on the nature of nutraceutical support, the subjects were divided into 4 groups: group 1 – control, without dietary supplements, group 2 took a complex of PUFA and vitamin E; group 3 – BSA; group 4 – a complex of PUFA, vitamin E and BSA. Protein metabolism parameters (total protein, urea, creatinine, and creatiphosokinase) were determined twice (before the study and after three months of training). The recorded biochemical blood parameters at all stages of the study in all groups of subjects did not exceed the reference intervals. As a result of the study, both groups receiving PUFA and vitamin E complex (both alone and in combination with BSA) showed a significant increase in total protein and a decrease in creatinine, which indicates a decrease in the degree of muscle injury and faster recovery. The results obtained allow us to recommend these supplements during stretching classes.
