Estimation of efficiency of application of the motivation system on the basis of key indicators of efficiency for the enterprises of the defense industrial complex

Article is devoted to the practical issues of developing and applying a motivation system based on key performance indicators (KPI) for enterprises of the military-industrial complex (MIC). To build a motivation system, it is proposed to study the peculiarities of the work of the enterprise in the sphere of the defense industrial complex, indicators of its activity. Through the KPI system, it is proposed to designate a connection when achieving the goals of the enterprise’s departments and the financial and economic indicators of the enterprise as a whole.
