Evaluation of efficiency of state order implementation in the contract system of the Russian Federation

This article deals with the process and the problems of assessing the effectiveness of state order implementation in the contract system of the Russian Federation. The author studies the research methodological data regarding the evaluation of the budget performance, the contract system. It is revealed that there is a lack of theoretical and methodological foundation for assessment of the effectiveness of the state order implementation according to criteria other than budgetary savings. The paper also develops formulas and criteria for evaluation of the efficiency of state order implementation.
