Assessment of the efficiency of implementation of municipal programs

Municipal programs play an important role in solving the problems of the development of the municipality. At the same time, the evaluation of the effectiveness of municipal programs is necessary for making decisions on the feasibility of changing the amount of funding for the program, the reasonableness of the set targets and the implementation of measures to improve its efficiency. In this article the integrated assessment of efficiency of implementation of municipal programs is considered and the method of improvement of carrying out an assessment is offered. The conclusions and recommendations of the article can be used in scientific and pedagogical activities when considering the effectiveness of municipal programs.
