Valuation of efficiency of the personnel management system of the enterprise

The article is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of personnel management. Any activity must be evaluable. Evaluation of the effectiveness of personnel management can be a decisive factor in the growth of management efficiency of the entire economic entity. We have considered various approaches to addressing the issue of assessing the effectiveness of personnel management. The indicators characterizing the assessment of the effectiveness of personnel management are highlighted. The level of efficiency of personnel management is determined by the full use of employees (each individually and all together) of their own potential for the realization of common goals for the whole team. In addition to achieving the main objectives, it is able to identify problem areas such as security violations, high costs due to inadequate management, etc. The basis for assessing the effectiveness of personnel management should be taken qualitative-quantitative analysis, which is performed in the study of internal components of the personnel management system and the subsequent analysis of all elements of this system separately.
