Evaluation of the effectiveness of strategies for changing organizational culture to stimulate innovative behavior of personnel

With the development of science and technology, increased competition in the market, innovations are increasingly attracting the attention of enterprises, and innovations among employees are the basis of enterprises’ activities. By analyzing the relevant literature, the author reveals that the factors influencing the innovative behavior of employees include three main aspects: individual factors, organizational environmental factors and the interaction of individual and environmental factors. Based on this and taking into account the specific working conditions of employees on the first lines of the enterprise, the author proposes management recommendations to stimulate innovative behavior of employees on the front lines of the enterprise.
