Evaluation of the effectiveness of the quality management of higher education

The article describes various approaches to assessing the quality management of education in a modern university, identifies the advantages and disadvantages of each of the approaches. The developed indicators for assessing the organization of higher education are presented in accordance with the target groups that are interested in high-quality educational services: university leadership, teachers, students, employers. At the same time, the various needs of these target groups and the possibilities of their influence on the final results of the university's activities were taken into account.
