Evaluation of the effectiveness of project management of an international company

In numerous methodological approaches to project management there is no development of a systematic, integrated assessment of the effectiveness of project management, allowing to give a generalized assessment of the results of the project as a whole and its individual stages. In the present article the author studied the model of project management efficiency evaluation on the example of an international organization. And also analyzed the process of evaluating the effectiveness, which is a detailed analysis of the project criteria.
