In the present work, the process of processing, distribution and the formation of orders from customers in an organization engaged in the wholesale trade of medical supplies and baby food is considered. A manual process and reengineering solution are described. Using the theory of the queuing system, an assessment was made of the effectiveness of the implementation of the module in the 1C: Trade Management information system for automating the processing, distribution and the formation of orders from customers. The possibilities of the enterprise after reengineering the described process are given.
