Evaluation of the effectiveness of the integration module implementation

Information systems (IS) are an integral part of modern business and management. They play an important role in optimizing processes, improving work efficiency and providing better services. Considering this, the relevance of using information systems lies in the fact that they allow you to automate routine tasks, which helps reduce the cost of time and resources for their implementation, as well as increases labor productivity. In addition, the use of information systems allows you to receive, analyze and process large amounts of data, which helps employees make more informed and informed decisions. Given the diversity of the restaurant business, there is a problem in which each restaurant uses its own information system, and sometimes several systems for specific tasks, which in turn increases the processing time of information. Within the framework of the article, a simulation model of the restaurant business was built using GPSS tools before and after the implementation of the integration module.
