The article focuses on issues of the assessment of in-house training effectiveness of personnel. It describes the indicators and methods for assessment of the effectiveness of training. Particular attention is paid to the need for competent management of personnel development in view of a clear definition of methods and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of in-house training.
