Estimation of economic potential of the territory and efficiency of measures of territorial strategic programming

Basic approaches to the elaborated by the author methods for estimation of economic potential of the territory, which allow to objectively evaluate the place and the role of the territory in the environment and highlight inner tendencies and problems, are presented in the article. Besides, new methods for estimation of the efficiency of measures of territorial and strategic programming, allowing quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate the results of their implementation in connection with the strategic priorities of the territory, are offered.
