Assessment of the economic security of the Russian region on the example of the Ivanovo region

This article discusses the methodology for assessing the economic security of the region using macroeconomic indicators (GRP, unemployment rate, income differentiation, employment level, etc.). The analysis of statistical data for 2021 on the example of the Ivanovo region. The generally accepted threshold values of economic security are compared with the actual data of the region. Problems and threats to the economic security of the Ivanovo region have been identified.
