Expert evaluation of steps and arrangements for the raise of attractiveness of working occupations for youth

This article is based on a sequence of expert interviews, conducted in research project "A young Russian worker and his life strategies in terms of social and economic factors". Previous articles by E. V. Kuzmina analyzed major factors which guide young workers in their choice of employment positions during economic crisis and reasons for position attractiveness valued by experts. Within the framework of the project they gave recommendations how it is possible to raise the popularity and attractiveness of the working occupations for youth. They also evaluated different popularization steps and arrangements, highlighting the most effective and promising ones, and gave their personal suggestions, including informational efforts.
