The article considers the potential of wine making enterprises in terms of assessment of its elements and their impact on the economic activities of the business. In the context of elements of the potential the author reveals the essence of management functions ensuring the efficient functioning of the business. The performance indicators of the potential’s components are calculated. The measures to increase the potential of the wine making enterprise are suggested.
