Assessment of the quality of business processes of JSC "Siberian PGO"

The essence of the assessment of the quality of business processes is explained, business processes are identified, described and evaluated using the example of JSC "Siberian PGO". The results of the analysis of the quality of the main process of the research object are presented, and a critical subprocess is identified.
