The issues of evaluation of quality of additional education, which is relevant in connection with the rapid development of new systems and technologies. It is established that there is no scientifically and methodically substantiated certification and accreditation requirements governing the decision on state recognition of educational programs of additional education. The proposed qualitative criteria for assessing the quality of educational programs and changes in the licensing process.
