The article analyzes the satisfaction of consumers of the Lamoda online store with the quality of services provided, the founder of which is Kupishuz LLC. Customer service quality indicators, established in the service standards of Kupishuz LLC, are presented. In the process of evaluating the results of the consumer survey, deviations from the requirements for the quality of services provided were identified and recommendations for their elimination were developed.
