Assessment of the quality of regional innovation policy

The article deals with the importance of the quality of innovation policies as a key factor for innovative economic development of the region, justified systematic and structural approach to its assessment. The analysis of the factors determining the degree of inter-regional differentiation innovation space of the country. On the example of the Siberian Federal District is designed integral index of quality of regional innovation policies and proven statistically significant relationship with indicators of innovation activity organizations.
