Assessment of the quality of services provided by the enterprises of technical service of vehicles based on the responses of respondents of Primorsky krai

In this study, a survey was conducted of representatives of enterprises engaged in the repair of loading and unloading equipment listed on the balance sheet of the enterprise, through technical service enterprises. In total, more than 100 enterprises providing services for the maintenance and repair of loading and unloading equipment, excluding authorized dealers and latent workshops, were analyzed. According to the results of the study, it was determined that consumers operating in the Primorsky Territory highly appreciate the quality of work performed in local services, but not everyone is satisfied with the time of their execution. The criteria for the client's choice of a service enterprise were also determined, such as the quality and speed of work, the location of the service.
