Assessment of quality of the higher professional education services: cluster approach

The article notes that in the current conditions the services quality assessment of the regional system of higher professional education is the dominant challenge, for quality of the educational services is the main competitive advantage not only of the certain institute, but also of the whole higher school system of the region. The authors offer a methodology for the of higher professional education quality evaluation on the basis of the cluster approach.
