Assessment of life of teenagers with bronchial asthma

We examined 42 adolescents with asthma. The average age of adolescents was 15.5 years, of which 52.7% (22) were boys and 47.3% (20) were girls. Evaluation of QOL, clinical and functional examination of adolescents with BA was carried out. The results revealed that the most affected economic situation, physical mobility and social function. The relationship between the deterioration of QOL of boys and girls with BA and the presence and severity of anxiety and depressive disorders was established.
