The article presents the results of assessing the quality of life in 297 patients with coronary heart disease combined with atrial fibrillation. Quality of life was assessed before and after combined operation: coronary artery bypass grafting and radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation by using the SF-36 questionnaire. The dynamics of the symptoms of arrhythmia was assessed by EHRA index. Data showed that elimination of atrial fibrillation during coronary artery bypass surgery improved the quality of life of patients and reduced the class on a scale of EHRA.
