The assessment of competitiveness of the innovative dietary supplements enriched with polynonsaturated fatty acids

The article is devoted to the calculation of the competitiveness of dietary supplements rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. When developing dietary supplements sources of polyunsaturated fatty acids were cedar and flaxseed oil. Calculation of competitiveness, conducted with the target cost, regulatory and technical indicators, suggests that dietary supplement with cedar oil due to higher flavoring characteristics has the highest competitiveness. In order to assess the competitiveness of innovative probiotic dietary supplements rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, the method of calculation was chosen by the integral indicator, as it fully reflects all the factors affecting the competitiveness of the goods. Thus, studies and calculations, taking into account production costs and consumer preferences indicate the competitiveness of probiotic dietary supplements rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids.
