The main regulator of social production in a market economy is competition between business entities of the market. To assess the actual situation of the Hotel Complex Oka in relation to competitors, a SWOT analysis was carried out. Based on the analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise in comparison with competitors and the forms of their manifestation in accordance with opportunities and threats were revealed. It can be concluded that the main focus of the Oka Hotel Complex is to provide not only rooms of various price categories that satisfy the needs of different segments of the population, but also a wide range of entertainment and business services. At the same time, the main competitive advantage of the enterprise is the high price-quality ratio.
