Against the background of insufficient economic efficiency of the activities of LLC "TAS-MONOLITSTROY", the company's current assets are deteriorating. Accordingly, TAS-MONOLITSTROY LLC faces an urgent need to increase its competitiveness. To increase the competitiveness of the enterprise, it was proposed to take part in tenders, introduce innovations in construction in order to improve quality, and more actively carry out advertising activities. These measures should lead to revenue growth and reduce the average cost of services by reducing unit fixed costs. The proposed measures will certainly improve the competitiveness of LLC "TAS-MONOLITSTROY", which will have a positive impact on the indicators of economic efficiency of the enterprise.
