The evaluation of pedagogical university post-graduate's competitiveness from the perspective of the employer

The article characterizes modern pedagogical education in the period of reforming. It also studies professional competencies and work actions of a bachelor as his/her ability to teach, educate and develop students and readiness for self-organization and self-education. The article offers the author's position of the algorithm to construct a card of competencies as a grounded complex of university demands to the level of these competencies' formedness; it also correlates level-criteria characteristics and competencies with work actions of a post-graduate, which is reflected in the products of a postgraduate' s portfolio.
