At the present stage of economic development, the study of the problem of formation of corporate culture, which is an effective management tool that contributes to the development of competitive advantages of the organization, is of particular relevance. The article presents approaches to the definition of the concept of «corporate culture». The conclusion is made about the need to understand the features and potential of the corporate culture by the management and staff of the organization. Within the framework of this study, an integrated approach was used to assess the corporate culture of PJSC KHTZ, and recommendations for its improvement were formulated.
