Assessment of the corporate culture of the railway enterprise taking into account the degeographization in order to realize its sustainable development

The subject of this scientific study is research on the problems of corporate structures associated with the degeography of their activities. The purpose of the work is to reveal the relationship between the conflict of two types of organizational cultures and degeographization in the management of the corporation. The article contains expert assessments of the type of corporate culture of a division of a large corporation from a small city according to the OCAI methodology of K. Cameron and R. Quinn. It was concluded that it is promising to use the existing type of organizational culture of residents of a small city to increase the efficiency of the enterprise.
