Assessment of liquidity and financial sustainability of the leading industrial enterprises of the Rostov region

The results of assessing liquidity, financial autonomy and financial stability of a sample of industrial enterprises in the Rostov region are presented. The study established a relationship between the risk of losing financial stability and the size of industrial enterprises: the larger the enterprise, the less it is exposed to the risk of losing financial stability. It was also found that industrial enterprises that are not exposed or are slightly exposed to risks of losing financial stability demonstrate a higher level of volatility in liquidity and financial stability indicators than enterprises that are exposed to significant and extreme risks of losing financial stability.
