Estimation of protein mass in barley grain depending on the use of biological preparations

The article shows the results of determining the protein mass in barley grain as a consequence of pre-sowing seed treatment with biological preparations. The assessment was carried out using the method of electrophoretic fractionation. The results of the study showed that there was no effect of drugs on the protein mass in the grain. The number of protein components in all tracks is the same, the tracks are absolutely identical. The uniformity index was calculated for each track, the average index value for each gel varies from 0.171 to 0.179.
