Assessment of logistics and staff capacity of sport organizations

The material and technical base is a necessary condition for the functioning of any sports organization and the implementation of its development program [1]. Further improvement of the material and technical support of the sports school will contribute to the qualitative solution of the tasks that face the sports organization. The article gives a brief description of the sports school, presents its organizational structure, and also assesses the existing material and technical support of the sports school of the State Educational Institution of the Higher School "Sports School of Olympic Reserve" as the main basis for the preparation of sports and Olympic reserve. The staff structure of coaches of the sports school was analyzed, the qualification level of the coaching staff was determined. Also the number of students in various sports in the dynamics, respectively, from 2016 to 2018 was shown. Conclusions were made for each of the indicators.
